Delivery and Returns

Free Delivery:

After your products leave the workshop, you will be informed with an e-mail address containing cargo tracking information. The products are delivered to you free of charge within 3 working days after they are given to the courier company (domestic cargo) with which we have a contract.

Order and Tracking:

You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section and get information about the latest status of your cargo. You can choose different billing and delivery addresses at the purchasing stage. In this situation; The invoice is sent to you, the product and the delivery note you specify.

When the delivery document regarding the cargo reaching the delivery address is signed by the customer, the products will be deemed to have been received completely and undamaged. After receiving your cargo, please open and check it with the cargo officer.

Product damaged in shipping:

If during the control it is revealed that some of the products in your order are missing, incorrect or damaged, request the cargo authority to prepare a 'damage determination report'. Together with the report to be prepared by the cargo officer, you can send the damaged product to us free of charge by domestic cargo, and you can request the exchange or return of your product. Return your damaged parcel to the cargo officer with the record kept. After we receive the products, we will inform you about the way to be followed for the product you have purchased.

It is not possible to request a refund or exchange of a broken or damaged product that does not have a cargo record. The minutes prepared at the time of the first delivery, with the witness of the cargo officer, are very important for revealing the person responsible for the missing or damage. Missing/damage notifications that you will make after receiving the cargo may be rejected depending on the examination, as there is no report.

 

Return Policy

Right of return within 14 days:

For return, the product must be unused or undamaged. You can return it as received within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case of your return request, it must be notified to our company in advance by phone or e-mail. The product should be sent to us after you are informed by phone or e-mail as a result of the evaluation.

Free returns:

For the right of return, the customer is obliged to return the product without using it. Returned products must be packaged in such a way that they do not break during shipping. The loss of commercial value of the product broken during shipping belongs to the customer.

Refunds:

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund will be sent to the bank within 3 working days. While the reflection period of the refunded amount on credit cards is 1-3 working days on average, this process may take longer for debit cards. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
